Banking and finance dispute resolution is one of our core areas of strength. We have extensive experience acting for institutional investors, borrowers, and market counterparties against large investment banks. Unlike most firms we can take on instructions which make us adverse to the investment banks. Our clients, often international, include hedge funds, banks, large corporates, high net worth individuals and family offices.

Our corporate team has substantial experience advising on and acting for clients in M&A, joint ventures and venture capital investments. We have a track record representing clients in Asian cross-border transactions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand, on the structuring and financing of corporate transactions. The team acts for corporate clients in corporate and debt restructuring, as well as the structuring and documentation of loan transactions and debt instruments, and in project financing.
